Ms. Girrens joined American Momentum Bank in 2019 with over 25 years of commercial lending experience in the Tampa Bay Market Area. Ms. Girrens specializes in commercial real estate lending, including development, construction, and investment properties. Her clients are located throughout the Southeastern U.S. and primarily comprise of multi-family, grocery-anchored shopping centers, industrial and office properties. Ms. Girrens is thrilled to introduce her long-standing clients to American Momentum. She strives to enhance the bank’s client base by doing what she loves – helping her clients achieve their financial goals!
Ms. Girrens graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Her industry participation includes the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Girrens civic participation includes Metropolitan Ministries and Feeding Tampa Bay.
