She currently serves as Vice President, Area Banking Center Manager, where she manages the Retail Banking team's day-to-day operations in Midland and Odessa. With her many years of banking experience and a warm personality, she easily makes a positive impact on her clients and her team. Ms. Baker enjoys serving the West Texas community through the Odessa Christian Faith Center Church and her many years of service with Junior Achievement.
