BONITA SPRINGS, Florida (Aug. 27, 2024) — Sara Catlett, CAM, is taking her 25 years of operational and client service experience and launching a new association management company in Southwest Florida. Catlett recently founded Catlett Association Management, which will serve homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium owners associations (COAs) in Lee and Collier counties.

The company, based in Bonita Springs, has partnered with American Momentum Bank to provide enhanced banking services to the communities it serves. This partnership includes access to CINC Systems, a leading provider of accounting and community management software.

“Our team of professionals has proudly and successfully managed many premier communities in Southwest Florida over the last 10 years,” said Catlett. “During that time, we realized that the community association management offerings were not adequate for what associations want and need. We’re excited to bring this new offering to market and provide white-glove service that puts customers first.”

During her career, Catlett has managed over 40 association management transitions. This includes transitions from other management companies, as well as developments through Pulte Homes, a Fortune 500 Company. It was during this time that she was introduced to American Momentum Bank and its association banking division.

American Momentum Bank’s association banking division offers a variety of competitive deposit products, specialized lending programs for capital improvements and insurance premium financing. The bank also has a strong partnership with CINC Systems, a leading provider of accounting and community management software, as well as best-in-class lock box servicing.

CINC Systems is the first cloud-based, bank-integrated accounting and property management platform for the community association industry. CINC partners with premier banks throughout the country, including American Momentum, to support community management companies with its integrated banking features.

“Partnering with American Momentum Bank and CINC revolutionizes the customer experience and streamlines every aspect of property management, while also providing unmatched transparency and communication,” said Catlett. “Every step of the way, the bank and their staff have proven that partnering with an industry-leading team is essential to our success and the success of our clients.”

American Momentum Bank’s robust association banking services help property management companies, community association managers and HOA and COA board members easily manage accounts payable and receivable processing. Daily reconciliations with CINC can also help identify fraud before issues arise.

American Momentum is one of the top financial institutions of choice for large residential property managers in Florida. Forbes also named it the third-best bank in Florida in 2024. The association management division currently accounts for over 1,400 association clients and $230 million of related deposits.
